To access information about our investment opportunities here at Bure Valley Group, you must declare what kind of investor you are under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Please note that by registering you will not be committing to any of our investments.

High-Net Worth Individual

To qualify for this status, you must have earned over £100,000 in the previous financial year to the date on which you make your submission. Alternatively, you must have held net assets to the value of £250,000 or more during this time.

Sophisticated Investor

To self-certify as a sophisticated investor you must either invested into an EIS Scheme, the alternative investment market or an unlisted company in the last two years prior to today’s date, or have worked in a professional capacity in finance. Other qualifications can be viewed here.
